Refund Policy

At Tubs and Taps , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 5 days of purchase/delivery.

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging (if applicable).

  • Certain products/services are non-refundable, including Toilets, toilet seats, seals etc.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us at [your email/contact form] with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within  3 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at Sales@tubsandtaps.co.uk .

Shipping Costs (if applicable)

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless otherwise required by law).
